My sister’s dog, Mele, passed away today.

My niece called my mom a little while ago and told her that Mele passed away and suffered for about a half an hour. My mom said that my niece was crying the whole time they were on the phone together.

My sister had Mele for about 15 years now, so she was pretty old. Her vision, among a lot of other things, were gone.
I saw her on Halloween and she was doing fine. She couldn’t find her way around but she was at least walking around.

I loved that dog. She was the cutest little chihuahua-mix I’ve ever seen and she was just sweet. I’ll never forget the time she literally dragged her ass down the driveway.

We’re all going to miss her.:(
